Shaun has in excess of 30 years test system hardware and software design experience, he has worked on test systems for Microwave and RF systems, assemblies and sub- assemblies for research, development and production environments, in the;

Defence/Aerospace - Marconi/BAE on radar systems for Tornado and EFA , Leonardo on Electronic Counter Measures for EFA,Apache, Chinook, MBDA on missile sub-systems

Telecommunications – Motorola on GSM, DCS, PCS base stations

Automotive – M/A-COM & Mercedes on Adaptive cruise control systems

Mark is a LabVIEW & TestStand Architect with excess of 15 years experience in developing test solutions for SME Electronic manufacturers and in the defence sector. He is also skilled in boundary scan test development, fault finding/debugging hardware , software related issues and general engineering.

Defence/Aerospace - BAE Systems - Radar, Electronic Counter Measures for Tornado, EFA and Helicopters.

EMS – Medical and Safety (Drager), Data loggers (Ipsos MORI), Video broadcast (VISLINK), Rail (MPEC), Utility (Landis+Gyr)

Mark has close to 30 years experience working in the field of test, living and working in Sweden & Germany, designing automated test solutions covering components to full system, up to 80GHz, for;

Defence/Aerospace – (Leonardo MW) on Apache HIDAS / EFA Praetorian projects

Communications - (Continental Microwave) on BSkyB satellite and various RF & Microwave modules

Automotive - (M/A-COM & Mercedes) for Adaptive cruise control systems

Space - (Airbus Defence and Space) on SKYNET and INMARSAT satellite programs

Telecommunications - Ericsson R&D division on products and features for GSM, DCS, PCS, LTE, WCDMA base stations and network infrastructure.

With over 25 years of complex hardware and software R&D test systems design for production. Garry has worked all over the world for some of the biggest technology companies.

Defence/Aerospace - (BAE Systems) on Optical Test for F22/EFA. (Boeing) 777 Primary Computer test, (MBDA) on Meteor and AASRAM missile projects.  (Leonardo MW) on EFA Pretorian countermeasure RF production systems.

Scientific - (SPI Lasers) working on broadband fibre Laser manufacturing. (Sun Microsystems) on Sun Blade server production test.

Space - (Airbus Defence and Space) on  INMARSAT satellite programs
