All new projects are allocated a Project Lead who acts as the dedicated point of contact, giving the client maximum continuity. We aim to work closely with our clients, allowing us to build a partnership, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that any project related questions or concerns are expedited in a timely fashion. 

Transparency 

Our clients are encouraged to meet the team face to face and discuss any aspects of the potential project and to see first-hand how we work.

Competitive Pricing 

Our services are provided against fixed costs or a daily / hourly rate.

The fixed cost option is available to customers that have a well-defined data pack supporting solid and proven requirements for example - obsolesce of hardware or software. This allows for Magma-TS to accurately determine the time and manpower, as well as equipment needed to fulfil the order.

The daily / hourly rate option will be used if you as our customer require our assistance in defining your requirements or when you need on-site support.
